In recent years, providers such as Legal Desk and Contractbook have tried to disrupt the established market for legal assistance.

Who to choose depends on the need. Legal Desk, for example, does not offer legal assistance but legally valid documents that can be signed digitally for a few hundred Danish Kroner per document because the process is automated. This solution can serve as a fine supplement to the use of a traditional commercial lawyer.
