These are the words from Kjeld Hedehård Nielsen when he talks about the importance of Intempus for his company LL Transport og Entreprenør, which employs 22 employees. 

The large group of employees was the exact reason why, a few years ago, Kjeld Hedegård Nielsen was looking for a system that could replace the physical time sheets.

"Every month, we manually typed the hours into an Excel sheet. It was both difficult and time-consuming," he says.

For LL Transport og Entreprenør, the desire for a digital time registration system was a result of the strategic plan that the company made five years ago.

"We get a great deal of security and safety in the work process. The risk of us forgetting something is not nearly as great as if you have a stack of paper. We get the information faster, so we can get paid and invoiced - the whole process becomes more transparent."

For Kjeld, it was also important that Intempus could help free up time in everyday life. He finds that Intempus not only makes it easier for employees and accountants, but also for himself as the owner.

"I get to free up the time I would otherwise have to spend checking complex work sheets. Now I have far more time to visit customers instead of spending all my time on administration."
