It's a good way to know that when a customer calls, you know where you are in the process," says Christina Pedersen.

After Keypartner started using Likvido's debt collection service, Christina Pedersen has experienced that several of her administration tasks have become less time-consuming:

"For me, the biggest advantage of using Likvido is that I don't have to call all sorts of customers who get angry. I have more time for my other tasks. I think it's nice to get rid of that process."
