At Fitness & Healthcare Group, the passion for health is unmistakable. The company has three main business areas that sell fitness equipment to each target group – MedicSport, which sells professional equipment for gyms, Proterapi, which supplies rehabilitation equipment to hospitals and physiotherapists, and LivingSport, which sells training equipment for private individuals that can be used at home.

In recent years, the company felt the value of having three legs to stand on. Through the corona crisis, it was mainly the sale of home equipment to private individuals that drove the growth, while it now appears to be the company's two other legs that will help them through the current energy crisis.

Despite the strong foundation, COVID-19 and the global delivery crisis have created problems for them, like many other SMEs. Fitness & Healthcare Group has especially felt it on the liquidity and therefore needed a loan to continue running an acceptable business - kompasbank could help them with that.

"We did not know kompasbank, but we still accepted a meeting because we were in a situation where we needed to find an alternative to our existing financing. We had no expectations of kompasbank, and were therefore also somewhat surprised by what we were met with," says Claus Sørensen, CFO at Fitness & Healthcare Group, and adds:
